On the Tribology of Lubricating Greases

This monograph takes a new look at tribology with its basic concepts of friction and wear using the example of lubricating greases. The consideration of the phenomenon of occurringinstabilities and the introduction of the entropy concept into lubricating grease tribology provide a new perspective on known phenomena.
