This will be the 2nd edition of a book called "Lymphoma of the Nervous System," which was published by Butterworth-Heinemann (B-H) in 2004. The editors were informed by Elsevier that the copyright will be assigned to them within 6 weeks, and that Elsevier has declined to publish a 2nd edition because the book did not meet their threshold of 4,000 sales. "Lymphoma of the Nervous System" has sold 1,103 to date.
