Environmental Change and Agricultural Sustainability in the Mekong Delta

Environmental Change and Agricultural Sustainability in the Mekong Delta will be made up of chapters developed out of selected papers prepared for a conference, Environmental Change, Agricultural Sustainability, and Economic Development in the Mekong Delta of Vietnam, which was held at Can Tho University in the heart of the Delta between March 25-27, 2010. The papers presented expressed a full range of perspectives on the problems of environmental change and adaptation in the Mekong Delta, and offer specific analytical approaches and technical information germane to this theme. The volume will be of interest to scholars, scientists, and students in environmental studies, SE Asia studies, agricultural history development studies, and the history of Vietnam.
