Sexuelle Nötigung; Vergewaltigung ( 177 StGB)

Sexual criminal offenses manifest themselves in many different forms in practice as well as under the law. This work addresses the forms of criminally punishable sexual violence, which are today subject to penalty under
177 StGB as sexual assault and rape. It encompasses the period of time between the implementation of the Criminal Code of the German Reich in 1870 and the Federal Criminal Code in its current applicable version.
